Delivery and Payment
All orders to an address in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium are sent free, unless you choose for Expresse Delivery.
We ship via DHL; Once an order has been placed definitively, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code to follow your order.
Orders placed on working days before 14:00 hours we try to send the same day.
The payment for the order is handled by Pay.nl
You can pay via iDeal, PayPal, American Express, Visa/Mastercard, Maestro, Sofortbanking, Giropay, Billink, Cartebleue, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.
If, for whatever reason, you want to return a product, it can, provided the article is unworn, undamaged and packaged in the original packaging, within 15 days in two ways:
1. You have created an account - Login to your account, click on return and fill in the details. We will send you the return instructions; Frank the package sufficiently and after good receipt and checking of the item you get the purchase price back within 7 days.
2. You have not created an account - On the website you click on the option "Return" at the bottom of the page, and you fill in all requested data. We will send you the return instructions; Frank the package sufficiently and after good receipt and checking of the item you get the purchase price back within 7 days.
